Whether you would like to prepare for the coming season in a sunny climate on challenging terrain or you just want to enjoy beautiful rides in beautiful surroundings, these weeks are a great way to start your year.
The island offers a lot of variety in terrain with firm climbs and undulating roads, making Lanzarote the perfect place to make progress on the bike. You will be taken to the beautiful north and the fascinating Fire Mountains in the far south.
You will climb the steep Femés, and climb of the outdoor category, and the long and beautiful Tbayesco, and will cycle on a large part of the IRONMAN LANZAROTE track. Training Andy Cook and his team assist and guide you during the rides in different groups, divided on an individual level, from beginners to overwintered enthusiasts. The routes vary in length every day to accommodate different levels of difficulty.
You work many hours in the saddle at low intensity, but still have time to participate in other activities. During the week there are seminars / talks about how to exercise when you go home and other topics such as nutrition. In addition, there are various social activities this week, and one joint closing dinner. During the long rides we will have lunch stops at places with a nice view. Instructors Andy Cook has been a cyclist all his life and has been able to represent Great Britain in the past. He is a respected coach and has been organizing cycling weeks for 20 years.
Andy has a lot of experience that he is happy to share in order to help participants of these weeks improve their training, fun and technique Jacqui Cook has been cycling all her life. Her experience ranges from cycling at a national level to helping organize and promote various cycling events on a large and small scale.

The price is € 130 for 1 week or € 180 for 2 weeks including all activities in the program, including support car, sandwiches and drinks for long journeys, one joint dinner and a special event t-shirt. Places are limited so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Please note that the camp is only accessible to Club La Santa guests. If you would like to rent a Cannondale road bike for the week, please contact and provide us with the name and size of the bike you need so we can request prices and availability. If there are not enough participants for an event (this rarely happens), Club La Santa reserves the right to cancel the event. If necessary, you will be refunded the full amount.
